How You Can Help
There are many ways in which individuals, businesses and organisations can support the work of St Johns Housing Trust. Your donation will help us to ensure that disadvantaged people in our community have access to help and support when they need it most.
Donate
As little as £1 could help, but if you are able to give a regular monthly donation it would help us plan ahead knowing that we have your support.
£1
could pay for a meal
£5
could provide a 'Welcome Pack'
of essential items (e.g. toiletries)
£15
could fund a cookery 'Starter Kit'
providing basic cookery equipment
If you would like to make a postal donation, please send a cheque made payable to St Johns Housing Trust to:

Are you a UK taxpayer?
If so, you can use
Gift Aid to make your donation go further by telling HM Revenue and Customs to add tax already paid to your donation. It could mean an extra 28p for every pound that you give.

Bridge View Information & Advice Centre receives over 200 visits each week. Donations of tea, coffee and sugar, as well as easily prepared snacks (such as packet soups) will always be put to good use. Other items, such as toiletries and towels, could provide vital 'welcome packs' for those who arrive at our supported housing schemes with very few belongings.
Businesses
There are many ways in which you and your team could help support the work of St Johns Housing Trust; perhaps you are able to organise a staff fundraising activity, or maybe you would like to arrange an employee volunteer day at one of our schemes to assist with gardening or decorating tasks which in turn provides an excellent avenue for a team-building activity. Or, you may have goods and materials that you can donate as Gifts in Kind.
Volunteering Opportunities
Volunteering to assist at Bridge View Information & Advice Centre or at one of our supported housing schemes could benefit you as well as the Trust: you may have skills that you can share, or are looking for a fulfilling way to spend a few hours of your time.
