In March 2010, St Johns Housing Trust were successful in tendering for
John Room House
, a housing scheme offering accommodation and support to single homeless, vulnerable or socially-excluded adults (aged 18yrs+) in Thetford, Norfolk.
The scheme comprises a 10-bed unit where the Trust will provide accommodation and support, together with a 12-bed move-on accommodation module (with
Stonham Homestay
providing resettlement
support).
The scheme is expected to open in June 2010.
